Maintenance Division

The Maintenance Division, staffed by Captain Bo Bryant, Captain James "Randy" Davis, Captain Carl Kimball, and Sergeant Dan Klein, is responsible for the maintenance of approximately 100 vehicles. In addition to routine repairs, they also spend hours repairing auto crash damage, oil changes, and safety checks. The maintenance staff is also responsible for transporting department vehicles to the dealerships for warranty work, repairs, or road service.

Keeping these vehicles on the road is critical to an efficient law enforcement unit. Those assigned to Vehicle Maintenance have the responsibility of keeping the vehicles on the road. Fuel, oil, and car parts must be monitored and reordered to make sure there is an sufficient supply on hand to avoid any delays.

Another function of the Vehicle Maintenance Division is to refurbish and maintain any vehicle purchased, but not necessarily falling under the typical patrol car description.
